ENG-Anon Commentary - There will be no pandemic!!

I promised in the previous driving video that I would post what was on that quote about happiness. Here it is:

“ When you are having fun, you are helping others. When you are not having fun, and telling yourself that you are helping others, you are not helping them or yourself. So when you think in terms of responsibility, and when you make a division in your mind between responsibility and joyful fulfillment, then you are denying yourself and the world much pleasure, and hiding…. From yourself and the world, the great joyful symphony that is yourself.

When you are fulfilling, the joyful nature of your being, you are helping yourself, and you are helping others. When you help others because you think you must, but it goes against the grand, then they know it, and you inflict upon them, the obligation that you have no right to inflict.”
