Elon Musk's company Tesla was rumored to be releasing its first smartphone in the near future, perhaps in 2022 or something like that. Essentially, this is an ultra-advanced version of an ordinary satellite phone.
Although it is not surprising that Tesla, led by its leader, enjoys experimenting and conquering new markets, their actions are not particularly unusual. And it's clear that with the upcoming smartphone Musk will have the power to change the whole human civilization in his hands.

Moreover, 5G penetration will rapidly rise to 37% as well as top 7 global phone makers in 2021, which are Samsung, Apple, Mi, OPPO, Vivo, Huawei, and Transsion, collectively accounting for almost 80% of the global market.
