Ep. 10 - Physical Fitness and Sobriety
In this episode, I discuss the importance of adding a physical fitness routine into your daily life when on the road to sobriety.
I share my experience of being into physical fitness since childhood and how it helped me during my sobriety journey.
I emphasize the need to build the habit of showing up and starting small, even if it means just putting your shoes by the door.
I also highlight the benefits of physical fitness for both the body and mind and the importance of changing your identity to become a physically fit person.
