EP. 12 - What made me want to get sober in the first place?

In this episode, I share my journey of getting sober.

I discuss how the decision was a gradual one, influenced by the compounding effects of negative experiences caused by my drinking and drug use.

I reflect on how, initially, I didn't even consider not drinking because it was socially acceptable and everyone around me drank.

I also talk about how alcohol initially helped me overcome social awkwardness but eventually led to destructive behavior and injuries.

I emphasize the importance of learning from other people's experiences and making sobriety a lifestyle.
