CRUSHING BASS on a Summer Evening in Central Minnesota

There's not much more I like to do than pitch to largemouth bass in aquatic vegetation and there isn't a better time to do that than right now. Summer in Minnesota has always been special for me and July is a great month for catching bass in a variety of different ways. One of my new favorite techniques is pitching a Texas-rigged Rapala CrushCity Bronco Bug to scattered clumps of vegetation. Recently, I spent an evening with the Bronco Bug harassing some quality fish from a small natural lake not far from my home.
