The Wellness Model

Are you well? Are you unwell? are you in a well? Do you even know what any of that means? Well... this week we're looking at the current state of the seeming continuing rebranding and expansion of how mental illness, er... mental health, er... mental wellness is defined. They're definitely not all the same thing, no way that could happen, and each new iteration and change of terminology doesn't somehow encompass more people than the one before; that would be crazy... or mentally ill, or whatever. Well, there's a lot to unpack so let's get started.
