- The fascia is a multidimensional connective tissue network that is connected to the entire human body which is utilized in cell to cell communication

- Fascia is made of many different proteins, collagen fibers and sulfur molecules which intertwine together as fibers forming a crystalline lattice overlay - water acts as an electrical conduction system for the energy to flow when it is properly hydrated - this leads to faster communication in the nervous system.

- Fascia relays sensory information from the environment to the entire body and cells and is connected to our multi-dimensional body known as the fascia crystalline network

- It is the most important energetic communication system in our physical body by connecting the meridians (energy freeways) and axiotonal lines which then communicate with our brain and nervous system.

- The fascia network becomes a conductor of electromagnetic energy and when functioning properly creates plasmic light which strengthens the light body and helps catalyze the ascension process.

- Fascia can become blocked by dehydration, chronic stress, external injury, and even spiritual wounds such as trauma. When blocked, the energy flow can become stagnant affecting the well being of the entire human body and interfering with cell to cell communication and delaying ascension energetic flow.

- This leads to feelings of TENSION in the fascia and body

- Treatments such as massage, ROLFing, acupuncture, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, using foam rollers with intention, proper hydration and mineralization may help release tension and restore the fascia to function properly.
