STRAWBERRY CRUNCH NO BAKE DESSERT

Strawberry crunch no bake dessert is the perfect dessert for this summer! It has a buttery golden Oreo cookie crust, fresh strawberries, a fluffy cream cheese/whipped cream mixture and topped with strawberry crunch! And I guarantee this is going to be a hit!

Strawberry Crunch No Bake Dessert

Ingredients
1 lb fresh strawberries, reserve 1 strawberry slice the rest
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 family size package Golden Oreos, divided
1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
8 oz bar cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 oz package freeze dried strawberries

Directions
Place heavy cream into a large bowl and beat until it has reached stiff peaks. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Place 35 Golden Oreos in a resalable plastic bag and crush to form cookie crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and combine with melted butter. Spread mixture onto the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking dish or something similar in size. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Beat together softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Fold in fresh whipped cream.
Place the last 10 Oreos and freeze dried strawberries into a food processor and blend to form crumbs.

To assemble
Layer strawberries all over the cookie crust.
Spoon over dollops of the whip cream/cream cheese mixture all over the strawberries and spread evenly. Sprinkle over strawberry crunch mixture and spread evenly. Top with reserved strawberry. Refrigerate for a few hours to set.

Note
Can substitute heavy whipping for 12 oz Cool Whip and use 1/2 cup less powdered sugar.
