The fight was against Michael Johnson in 1985 (Tyson was 19-years-old) and was settled after just 39 seconds.
The KO was set up by this vicious left hook to Johnson’s side. It was so hard that it sent Johnson crumpling
to the ground for his first knockdown of the night. Had that right hook Tyson threw after it connected,
it probably would have been game over right there.
