Ethereum faces challengers from other blockchains, such as Solana and Avalanche, and so, despite receiving the launch of the Ethereum ETFs this week, we won't see the same parabolic inflows as we did to the Bitcoin Spot ETFs earlier this year.

That's the latest message in an interview with CNBC from Anthony Pompliano. Also in the interview, Pomp talked about the SEC approval of the Ethereum ETFs and what that means for the rest of the crypto industry.

He emphasizes how this is an historic moment for the wider crypto space, and noted how more than $100 million had flowed into the Ethereum ETFs in just one day. He goes on to talk about the increased interest in Bitcoin, drawing comparisons with the Invescor triple Q ETF

However, he cautions that there may not be the same level of interest for this second round of ETFs, based on declining media interest, and a more chaotic narrative surrounding Ethereum and because of increased competition.
