I always recommend making your own food and bringing it for lunch, but if that’s not an option, there are still smart choices out there.

Look for food with no gluten and no sugar.

Today, I faced a choice: pizza or a salad with beef from a local Mediterranean restaurant.

I went with the salad. 💪 And it was good.
