Western governments condemn 'foreign interference' while interfering in Venezuela's elections

After receiving an invitation from Venezuela's United Socialist Party (PSUV) to act as an election observer in the country's July 28 election, Dimitri Lascaris arrived in Caracas, the capital, on July 25.

The PSUV is the party of former Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez, and the current President, Nicolas Maduro.
