Blanka & Fighters That Use Electricity

Arcade Edition is going to be a major overall for Street Fighter V, also acting as it's third season, complete with new characters joining the roster. The first one is going to be Sakura, but, after that, it will be time for Blanka to return to the series.

But wait a minute! Don't we already have a brazilian fighter that uses electricity? What about Laura?

Well, looks like we're going to have both of them at the same game, so how about we take this opportunity to look into some other characters that use lighting as their main weapon?
