**Basic Chest Workouts**
Push-ups are a fundamental exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Start in a plank position, lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, and push back up. Chest dips, performed using a chair, involve lowering your body by bending your elbows and then pushing back up. For a dumbbell bench press on the floor, lie on your back, hold dumbbells above your chest, lower them to your chest, and press back up. Dumbbell flyes isolate the chest by lowering dumbbells out to the sides while lying on the floor. Chest presses with resistance bands involve pushing the band forward from behind your back. Diamond push-ups focus on the inner chest by keeping your hands close together and lowering your body towards them. These exercises help build and strengthen the chest with minimal equipment.
