In this episode, Jack points to the apparently not-so-obvious argument that if an homogeneous country is betrayed by it's leaders by importing a large number of foreign peoples, the idea that a vote which includes the foreign peoples in order to choose whether that country belongs to the homogeneous inhabitants is nonsensical.
