Does the FCC spend their time driving around black-vans, hunting-down CB radio, HAM radio or GMRS radio rule violators? is the FCC busy issuing fines and putting people in jail for using a Baofeng radio without a FCC license? No! In this video I talk about some of what the United States Federal Communications Commission actually does do, and how without the FCC using a cellphone or the internet would probably not work out very well.
