BACK BOLOGNESE 💦✨

Back has been f*ckin annihilated. Being stingy bit me in the bunda yesterday tho while doing this workout. I don't own a gym belt and use the one spare small size belt that lays around here and there on various equipments. I tend to use it on the last few sets of t-bar rows and pulldowns to help my upper back get some work as my lower back gets more than enough from the bent over DB rows and deadlifts but that mohfushin belt was nowhere to be found yesterday and no other belts fit me 😭 That resulted in me not being able to beat the log book on deadlifts which I do at the end of my back sessions as a "finisher" movement. But anyways, make me rich so I can afford a fu*in belt-
