BLUEBERRY DELIGHT
First Layer
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix chopped nuts and flour together
Add melted (not hot) butter and mix well.,
Press into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 325* for 15 - 20 minutes
Let completely cool before going to the second layer

Second Layer
1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese - room temperature
Beat cream cheese
Add cool whip and combine well
Add the powdered sugar and mix well
Spread evenly over the cooled crust
Chill until set up

Third Layer
2 small instant vanilla pudding
3 cup milk
1 1/2 cup blueberries
Mix instant pudding and milk on a low speed for 2 minutes
Fold in blueberries by hand (do not over mix)
(Note: If using frozen blueberries add while berries are still frozen)
Spread on top of the cream cheese layer
Chill for 30 minutes

Fourth and Final Layer
Top with cool whip
Garnish with chopped nuts and blueberries if desired
