The Monday Call-In Show! Episode 15: Entertainment or Quality?

Deadpool & Wolverine is not Citizen Kane. It's not even as good as the first two and yet it is putting butts in seats and smiles on faces and is on track to make over a billion at the box office! Scheduled before the wokepocalypse at Disney and the string of MCU failures, this movie is a throwback to when movies just wanted you to have fun.
However, does it have to be quality before people should be entertained by it? Are we lowering standards by supporting movies that are just key jangling good?
