HardGainer Summer Cut Day 1 - Breaking Bench Press PR's (Push Workout)

this is day 1 of the hardgainer summer cut. Today we got a Push Workout and me and my boys are trying to hit Bench PR's and have some fun. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently cutting and weigh around 157lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 150-200 calories below that everyday to cut 2lb to 3lbs a month. I hope you enjoy!
