How I Got BETTER MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION with the UPPER CHEST. Today I'm doing some barbell incline presses and some dumbbell presses too. This might seem redundant, but something surprising happened when I combined the two movements into one workout. I also played around with some back training and the seated row. After completing and explaining the strategic range of motion aspect of the row, I tried out a new one armed movement which surprised me with how it felt on the lats AND the rear delts. Definitely something you should try if you haven't yet.
