The disabled do not get service here! At least that's what it seemed like to me.

If somebody was to go into this office and ask for public records request "orally" according to the law they're supposed to do so to provide service to the Person / Citizen regardless why. If somebody's disabled and can't "write" or read very well how are they supposed to get it filled out? These people in this office should be ashamed of themselves!
