Archival footage of the AFU counter-offensive, summer of 2023 on behalf of one of the Ukrainian motorised rifle squads trying to advance towards the Russian positions.

First, the enemy on a BTR-70 got under artillery fire and suffered the first casualties, and then the soldiers who had rushed down ran into the Russian trenches with their foreheads and got hit by small arms fire.

After that, the T-64BV came to the rescue, firing at point-blank range directly over the heads of the infantry pinned to the ground, causing contusions and barotraumas to the survivors. Later the tank was driven back by fire of our anti-tankers from the landing.

The second half of the video is wailing in the radio for help, helping the wounded and attempting to evacuate them under heavy fire from our artillery, followed by sitting in a hole under fire from another enemy soldier. Dense minefields made of TM-62s can be seen in the footage, which prevented the AFU vehicles from fully advancing.
