Here is the first part of my bicep workout after we destroyed chest earlier in the workout.
First part was at the cable machine.
Going from 20 (warmup) to 25, 30, 35, 40, 50.
Aiming for 15 reps at each weight.
Don't feel bad if you cant hit those every time but push towards it.
And don't make them too easy that it doesn't even feel like effort.
Only cheating yourself like that.
