1 year carnivore diet results

These are my amazing results after being carnivore for 1 year. I'm so grateful to have discovered this way of life. And super excited to see what the next years bring!

The most miraculous outcomes to me are that I've been able to get off the immunosuppressants for my psoriasis (I've been off for 6 months now) and I haven't binged in a year!!!
