### COUNT Function

### COUNTIF Function

The COUNTIF function is useful for tasks such as counting how many times a specific value appears in a range or how many cells meet a certain condition.

### COUNTIFS Function
The COUNTIFS function in Excel extends the capabilities of the COUNTIF function by allowing multiple criteria. It counts the number of cells that meet all the specified conditions across multiple ranges. Each condition is applied to its respective range, and only cells that satisfy all conditions simultaneously are counted.
