How the CEOs of BlackRock et al can now be prosecuted

Following the ICJ ruling, individuals - the CEOs of JP Morgan, BlackRock and all the rest can be held criminally liable for their actions in regard to investing in Israeli government bonds, the arms trade and settlements in the Occupied Territory which many consider as the whole of the land of occupied Palestine.
