Of note in Paramount report:
-He thinks the second group (4-8) of shots match the first but sound different because they were shot close together and mics have limitations. Also, says the leftward drift of the bullets is consistent with a right-handed beginner. Much different take than Martenson's, that getting those bullets off that fast and keep them on target is world class shooting.

-Stewart film conclusive there was no shooter on the tower just before the shots rang out, and he says this mean no shooter on tower. However, the ladder over the top of the dome is on the opposite side and someone waiting there wouldn't be visible. What would be the plan for the water tower shooter, with the megatron blocking his path to Trump? Take out the snipers?
