Scamming Customers! Go in for a front-end alignment, leave with a extra charge added to the bill!

Made a appointment for a front-end alignment the day before, and showed up on time...

They took it inside for the alignment job, but popped the hood, and went fishing under the hood through anything and everything (without our permission) hoping to find things they could charge extra for...

They charged $8 extra for 'adding coolant' to the antifreeze reservoir, even though they never added any, and it was already completely full from us just changing all the hoses the week before and doing all new fresh antifreeze in it... Plus we drove it a week and checked it and it was still full, just two days before this!
