Olympics Artist Didn't MEAN To Offend?? Why I DON'T Believe Him

The Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony was a display put together by French Artist, Thomas Jolly - yet his idea of art did not sit well with countless viewers across the globe. The opening tableau featured a lineup of Drag Queens along a long table, which demonstrated shocking similarities to Leonardo Da Vinci's painting, the Last Supper. As such, Christian's all over the world expressed their shock and outrage at, what appeared to be a direct mockery of our faith, and as a result, many vowed to boycott the event altogether. In response to the backlash, Jolly issued a half-apology, insisting that he did not mean to offend anyone or mock anyone's religion, and that he did not take inspiration from the famous painting of Christ and His disciples.

However, I for one, am not buying it. And let me tell you why.
