Can A Bullet Miss Cause Brain Damage?

Well, I was wanting to show some way visually to prove that the conspiracy that Trump was not actually hit in the ear by a bullet because it would have damaged his brain from the shockwaves wrong, but my camera gear is not advanced enough to slow down the footage!
My idea was to show that if a bullet passes near an object down range, it will not impart some radical force upon it just by the "shockwaves". I wanted to miss very closely to some water balloons and some soap bubbles, but it got too dark to see the bubbles. Plus, it was very windy and the bubbles blew away instead of rising up, lol. It was a race against the sun this day and I think the sun won this week.
I also wanted to show how cheaper, bulk ammo is just not nearly as accurate as high end stuff. Most of you have seen my PRS videos and I think I have proven that I can shoot a small, tight group with my PRS rifle. This rifle is not nearly as precise and the Monarch cheap ammo is nowhere near to the level that my 6 Creedmoor hand loaded match ammo is. I think the example provided can at least prove that there is no way Trump getting hit in the ear was on purpose or planned. It was truly a miracle that he was only nicked through the cartilage of his ear!! It was far more likely to have missed by 6 inches or go right into his skull than for it to have been planned to put a hole in his ear.

Well, if someone with better cameras than can slow down footage significantly more than I'm able wants to take this idea and show how a .223 passing near a delicate object is not going to disrupt it greatly, feel free! Someday, if I ever get some high speed cameras, I will try this again and use my PRS rifle that I know I can put a bullet exactly where I want.
I had a few shots here I tried to get too close and went ahead and popped the balloons, lol.

This is a fail of concept video on my end, but I had fun trying to make it!
Next week, I will do something fun from the counter side of this situation and that I will use my PRS rifle for. Let's see how far I can get before it takes more than one shot to dispatch the evil doer!!
