O'Gorman gives his message to locals who don't want IPAS centres

Minister Roderic O'Gorman was asked for his message to locals who don't want an IPAS in their area, even after "community engagement".

O'Gorman said that "after the initial arrival of [asylum seekers], everything settles down," because people's "worst fears are never realised."
