Up to date police training

Today we are going to talk about the importance of continuous and updated police training and why it should be mandatory.
Bad arrest by ill trained officers is costing taxpayers millions if not billions in civil rights violation lawsuits and the best way to slow it is through mandatory continual training and weeding out the bad apples. This in turn can also help bridge the divide between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
