Homestead VLOG 07.15.24 - How We Started

Today is just another day on the homestead. We did not have anything special planned for a video, so we thought we would take you along with us around the homestead. During breakfast, we remembered our first homesteading work in Yerington, NV. Marti and I love looking back on all of the amazing growth we experienced in Yerington. We traded our desert oasis for a canyon in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and a whole new set of resources available to us. We could not grow blackberries in NV, and now we have to harvest them daily. The forested portion of our property has lots of secrets to be discovered. And we will still make time to work on the remodel.
