Officer responded to a se***l battery complaint. Officer met with the victim. She stated that yesterday her and the suspect were alone. While she had her back turned to him, he came up from behind her and grabbed her breasts and pulled her body against his, telling her she needed "an adjustment" The victim told him "no" and was able to get him to let go of her.
