Major U.S.-Russia Prisoner Swap Frees Evan Gershkovich and Paul Whelan

In a landmark prisoner exchange, the U.S. and Russia have released Evan Gershkovich and Paul Whelan, among others, in one of the largest swaps since the Cold War.
