Is Kamala Harris eligible to be a U.S. President???

According to Article 2.1.8 of the U.S. Constitution one must be a naturalized born citizen of two fully vetted U.S. Citizens, why are intelligent people not contesting this? Is this another case of where money talks and the vote of the average U.S. Citizen Walks???
