Serial Shoplifters who Stole $30k from Target are Finally Caught

On February 19, 2024 in Georgia, officers responded to a call from Target regarding a potential shoplifting. When officers arrived, loss prevention informed them that two individuals, a male and a female, had not shoplifted anything yet, but 30 minutes earlier, they had stolen two TVs from another Target located nearby. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
