Zro Delta Tactical Base and MagPul PMAG M3 imcompatibility

Found that in default new configuraiton this AR15 carbine will not reliably seat MagPul PMAG M3 - and I tried several maazines. All other brands and models, including PMAG M2 work just fine.

Ths issue is likely not the magwell, but mag release, which will be looked at
