This election will replace key board positions to allow OCP to conduct normal operations and business. The director has tried to intimidate employees from joining or being active in OCP. But it’s time for the employees to display unity and solidarity by becoming active and involved in OCP. We also will discuss big changes in the department with many employees leaving or being removed. It appears Director Harp is replacing employees with his former OMES employees. Why is the director bringing his people who have no correctional experience to run top management positions. Watch SAVE OCP to get informed on your department.
