PEACH PIE FILLING
1 quart water
2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
3 oz peach jello

Bring to a boil and thicken with
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup thermflo (canning/freezing)

Cool completely - have it refrigerator cold.

Clean, wash and cut up peaches
Add to the mixture above
Put in a baked pie shell and top with cool whip
