New York Governor, Kathy Hochul, is as trustworthy as the Quebec Premier, Francois Legault. Which means she CAN'T be trusted at all. What exactly is she going to allow minors to watch and what is she going to ban? THAT is the ultimate question. Her actions in the past has proven to be unconstitutional and fascistic.
