Used the remaining puff pastry squares to create this middle eastern dessert known as baklava with walnut & pistacchio stuffing combined with bakers syrup & rose water & ghee then drizzled with maple syrup so good. & i remade siwwe (dates) using puff pastry instead of semolina & it was so tasty the pastry was so crumbly n fluffy yum. Enjoy!
