INGREDIENTS:

= CHICKEN FILLING
300 gms boneless chicken cubes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
half tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley/coriander
1 tbsp mustard sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup bell peppers (capsicum)
1 tbsp bbq sauce (optional)

= SPICY MAYO SAUCE
4 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp bbq sauce
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp mustard sauce

=ASSEMBLING:
Tortilla wraps (4-5)
Lettuce chopped
Cheese (Itook mozzarella and cheddar mix)

METHOD:
Marinate the chicken with 2 tbsp oil and all the mentioned spices, In a pan add oil, add chicken, cook 5-6 minutes,add bell peppers and bbq sauce.Cover and Cook 4-5 min and the
filling is ready.
Take a tortilla, add chicken filing,lettuce, cheese,spicy sauce, wrap it tightly, grill or heat the wraps for 4-5 mins from all the sides and they are ready. ENJOY!!
