Another Mysterious Monolith Appears in Wales.

A strange object has appeared in Hay Bluff, Wales. This seems to be a continuation of bizarre monoliths that popped up in Utah, Romania and many other countries back in 2020. Why are these strange structure appearing now? and is there an extraterrestrial connection?
