2. **Questionable Practices**: The site asks voters to register and vote for candidates, claiming to "Cross-Check" election results for accuracy. However, anyone can register using fictitious information, leading to potentially inaccurate vote totals.

3. **Legal Concerns**: Voters are asked to permit CCUSA to use their information in lawsuits without specifying who or what is involved or who funds CCUSA.

4. **Data Mining Fears**: Investigations reveal CCUSA might be a data mining organization, collecting personal data for later use or sale. This data could be used for gerrymandering or sold to parties.

During a WAGOP Election Integrity Committee (EIC) meeting on July 9, several members, including Reni Storm and Russ Schow, exposed more issues with CCUSA and its connections to Tamborine Borrelli, WEICU, and EmpowerUS Ministries. Borrelli has a history of creating controversy and was previously part of the WA State Progressive Caucus and a Bernie Sanders supporter.
