Kevin J. Johnston SAVES A SLOTH !

We were driving home along the Panamanian Highway when we saw what we thought was a dead cat until I saw something move very slowly where I barked at the driver telling him do not hit the sloth!

We jumped out of the car and decided to give the little guy a hand getting off the road and back into the woods. This is the first time I have seen a sloth in the wild. I'm kind of floored how slow they are but it was certainly an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.
