Video appears to show Thomas Crooks get shot before Shots Rang Out and while Trump was still Talking

James Copenhaver filmed the rooftop shooter (allegedly Thomas Crooks) getting shot and killed before any shots were fired at Trump or the Crowd, and while Trump was still delivering his speech. At the 8 second mark, at the left of the roof (near the black spot) you can see another person on the roof moving about. This is getting weirder and weirder.
