Pressed Flower Project: Easter Egg Picture

Whether you choose to download a design or create your own, the size of your cards or frames is completely customizable. I'll show you an example of cutting out the middle of the pattern for framing, and how to cut the card stock to fit the frame perfectly. We'll explore different glue options such as Elmer's glue, Mod Podge, or archival glue, and I'll guide you on how to lay out the flowers on the pattern before gluing. Remember to handle the flowers gently to avoid any damage. For the best results, I recommend using Perfect Paper Adhesive for gluing and wiping off any excess glue with a cloth. If you're a beginner, I suggest starting with violas and pansies. I'll also share a tip on how to build relationships with local nurseries to get the best flowers. You can choose to fill the entire egg shape with flowers or leave some white space for a different design option. Once your masterpiece is complete, you can either frame it or laminate it.
