Episode George 5 (2024)

George explains a High Court precedent about an election dispute, with citation c17/2013 The Australian Electoral Commission v Johnson & Ors.

This precedent was created by Clive Palmer in 2013 when he disputed an election in Western Australia in 2013.

The reason for the explanation is because this precedent shows why the election disputed by George Mamouzellos in the case Mamouzellos v Vatskalis & Ors [2018] NTSC 57 should have been overturned.

Instead, the corrupt Northern Territory Electoral Commission lied across its written statements and even falsified the election report in section 7.77 to keep the matter covered up.
